I read a lot of blogs on couponing and saving money, but so many are by stay-at-home moms in the midwest or other states where the cost of living is a lot lower than California.

The purpose of this blog is to prove that you can be frugal in southern California, no matter who you are. America in general is a go-go-go lifestyle, but that is even more true in California. This blog is for the working person, the student, or anyone who wants to save money but not sacrifice their time or social life to do so.

This blog is also about being green and eating healthy. I’m still working on this. In some aspects, it’s extra hassle and more expensive, but in other ways, it simplifies your life and causes you to spend less. It’s all about choosing the right method of going green and healthy.
